How to make that BIG not too overwhelming? Here are some tricks, that you can try, that I made by myself. I used to be a person who always want to achieve everything at the same time. That idea was good. But not feasible to execute.
SO LET’S START WITH SMALL THINGS
Here is an example, your theme for this week is to clean your house and declutter everything. Since you cannot do everything in a day. Here is an example, I made for you to have a reference.
You can make a format like this for other days until you reach Sunday.
Like, Tuesday is for Kitchen
Wednesday is for guest room
Thursday for bedroom
and so on and so forth.
